MEET THE COACH
My name is William Draper, a 20 year old cyclist turned triathlete. I currently race middle distance triathlon events (70.3) having raced super sprint and sprint distance races in the British Junior Elite Series. I have also raced successfully over the olympic distance as the 2019 English National Champion. My targets for 2020 are the 70.3 European and World Championship races as well as earning my professional license for 2021. My debut 70.3 performance seen me race under the 4h 30m mark finishing in the top 1%. My second 70.3 was the 70.3 World Championship held in Nice, FR. where I finished top 10 in my age group and 60th overall including the pro fields. This is just the start of my triathlon journey.

There is more to performance than hard work. I have successfully transferred from one sport to three. Within the first 12 months I was training at 5:00 per mile splits, swimming 1:20 per 100m and comfortably riding at 300w+. I have studied the very best training techniques and formulas in order to accelerate my success way beyond what should be capable of someone with my age and lack of racing experience.
